Use the translation framework Kristina just presented. The key principle: describe what you did in terms a luxury hiring manager cares about — business impact, not job description.

Quick reference — the translation pattern: "Managed social media" → "Built a content pipeline that drove X% engagement across Y channels"
"Responsible for CRM" → "Owned a client database of X contacts, improved retention by Y%"
"Passionate about fashion" → "Studied how [specific brand] repositioned its digital experience in [market]"

The rule: Function + scale + result. No passion statements, no soft adjectives.
