These terms govern your use of services provided by Snsei Advisors SAS, Paris, France ("we", "us"), including the Snsei Luxury Academy platform.

Payment

Workshop payments are processed via Stripe. Prices are in EUR. Payment is required before the workshop date. We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Intellectual property

All materials, frameworks, presentations, exercises, and content delivered through our workshops and platform are the intellectual property of Snsei Advisors SAS. You may use them for personal career development. You may not redistribute, resell, or publish them without written permission.

Workshop recordings

All live workshops are recorded. By attending, you consent to being recorded. Recordings are made available to registered participants for 7 days after the live session for personal review only. Recordings may not be downloaded, shared, redistributed, or published. Access expires automatically after 7 days.

Your content

Workshop responses, exercise submissions, and chat contributions may be used in anonymised, aggregated form to improve the service and create educational content. We will never share your individual responses publicly without your explicit consent.

Testimonials and feedback

We may ask for feedback after workshops. If you consent, your feedback may be used as a testimonial on our website and marketing materials. Testimonials may be attributed by first name and professional context (e.g., "Sarah, MSc Luxury Management") or used anonymously, depending on your preference. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@snsei-advisors.com.

Referral programme

Workshop participants may receive personal referral codes. Referral rewards (discounts, free seats) are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Referral codes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Educational service

Our workshops and Career Briefs are educational services. They are not career counselling, recruitment services, or employment guarantees. We provide frameworks, insights, and tools — career outcomes depend on your individual circumstances and actions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snsei Advisors SAS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
