Kristina Bokova spent ten years building data, CRM, and blockchain programmes at LVMH, Dior, Burberry, and Loewe. She was part of the team that launched the Aura Blockchain Consortium — the blockchain platform built by LVMH, Prada Group, Cartier, and OTB.
At LVMH Digital, she led the global roadmap for the group's Clienteling Factory — building data capture infrastructure and scalable clienteling tools across 20+ maisons, working directly with C-suite executives. At Loewe, she developed and rolled out the global CRM app across 5 regions, 45 stores, and 1,000+ users. At Burberry, she implemented the global CRM strategy across EMEIA and managed client experiences for fashion shows across the region.
At the Aura Blockchain Consortium, she led customer journey strategy and the product roadmap for Aura's no-code blockchain platform — the person between the brand teams and the developers.
As Founder of Snsei Advisors, she now builds AI readiness assessments, data maturity audits, and digital transformation roadmaps for luxury brands. She also founded LustrLabs, a fine jewelry label with integrated digital product passports.
She speaks English, French, German, and Bulgarian fluently. She holds an MSc in Luxury Management from EMLYON Business School (Lyon, Lausanne, Shanghai) and a BSc in Business Administration from LMU Munich.
