"I spent 10 years building data and technology teams at LVMH, Dior, Burberry, and the Aura Blockchain Consortium. And the most consistent question I got from people trying to break in — or move up — was always the same: how do I get a job in luxury? The honest answer isn't something you can explain in a 30-minute courtesy phone call. It's subjective. It depends on the brand, the wave they're in, the team they're building. That's why I developed a framework based on my personal experience — and that's why I started the Academy."
