Who we are

Snsei Advisors SAS ("we", "us") is the data controller for all personal data collected through snsei-advisors.com and Snsei Luxury Academy. Contact: hello@snsei-advisors.com. Based in Paris, France.

What data we collect

When you use our forms, we collect:

• Name and email address
• Current role and target role (workshop application)
• Workshop responses and exercise submissions
• Workshop chat contributions and Q&A questions
• Video and audio from recorded workshop sessions
• Post-workshop feedback and survey responses
• Referral activity (if you use or share a referral code)

We do not collect data through cookies or tracking pixels. If analytics are enabled, they collect anonymous page view data only.

How we use your data

• To deliver workshop materials and communications
• To process payments via Stripe
• To send the resources you requested (guides, career maps)
• To generate personalised AI Career Briefs
• To send email updates about upcoming workshops (only if you consented)
• To provide access to workshop recordings for 7 days after the live session
• To display testimonials (only with your explicit consent)
• To track referral programme activity and deliver referral rewards
• To improve workshops based on anonymised, aggregated feedback

AI processing

We use AI (Claude by Anthropic) to generate personalised Career Briefs based on your workshop responses. Your responses are processed by the AI to create your brief, but are not stored by the AI provider or used to train AI models. The output is reviewed for quality before delivery.

Third-party processors

• MailerLite (email) — stores your email and name for communications
• Stripe (payments) — processes payment data securely. We do not store card details.
• Vercel (hosting) — hosts the website
• Zoom (workshops) — hosts live workshop sessions
• Anthropic (AI) — processes workshop responses for Career Brief generation

Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Rectify inaccurate data
• Request erasure of your data
• Request data portability
• Object to processing
• Withdraw consent at any time

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@snsei-advisors.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Data retention

• Email list data: until you unsubscribe
• Workshop responses: 12 months after workshop date
• Workshop recordings: deleted 7 days after the live session
• Feedback and survey responses: retained for service improvement, anonymised after 12 months
• Payment records: as required by French law and Stripe's retention policy

Cookies

We use minimal or no cookies. If analytics are active, they are privacy-friendly and do not use tracking cookies or collect personally identifiable information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will change accordingly.
